Frequently Asked Questions
No, our fulfillment center is set up to ship items from one ounce to twenty pounds. We do not handle large items such as sofas, desks and the like. We can, however, handle pallets in and out and large B2B orders, but for individual Business-to-Consumer (B2C) orders we are targeting small packages.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed before noon CT are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
Yes we can. Unlike most 3PLs, you actually have direct access to people in the warehouse. This service isn't there to be abused, but if you have a rush order or high-priority issue we are here to help.
We pass on the same savings rate we pay for our own eCommerce fulfillment. We do not add on extra shipping fees. Fees for shipping are dependent upon carrier, weight, distance and time frame for delivery. If you tell us what a typical package of yours is like we'd be happy to quote shipping rates to a representative set of domestic and international destinations (we just need box dimensions and weight).
Cost is dependent upon many different factors: amount of SKUs, how much storage space is needed, box sizes, dimensions and weight of product being picked. Our fees are very competitive and likely less than many others you have already called. We provide a simple, easy to understand per-order pick rate that covers Business-to-Consumer (B2C) orders and includes box and packaging materials, multiple line items. We do not mark up shipping costs. For Business-to-Business orders, palletized freight and other special requests we have a simple hourly rate billed in 15 minute increments. We do not charge software integration fees unless we incur them to connect your software to ours (Shopify stores have none).
